Green Frog Quote Leads — installation

1. In the scheduling dashboard, open Operations → Website quote leads → Create connection key. Copy the key.
2. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Select Green-Frog-Quote-Leads.zip, install it, then activate it.
3. Open WordPress Settings → Green Frog Quote Leads. Paste the connection key and press Save connection.
4. Press Test connection. It checks access without creating a test lead or sending an email.
5. Submit one test enquiry through Request a Quote and another through Contact Us, then check Leads. The Contact Us message will be in Notes. Then use the magnet link below and submit another; its Source should be Magnet.

Updating from version 1.0.0:
Upload this ZIP through Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then select Replace current with uploaded. Your saved connection key and pending deliveries stay in place. Clear your WordPress page cache after updating, then test Contact Us.

Supported form builders: Elementor Pro Forms, Contact Form 7, and WPForms. The settings screen identifies installed supported builders. If it shows none, tell us which plugin handles the quote form so its submission hook can be connected.

Only successful enquiries on /request-a-quote/ and /contact-us/ are copied. Newsletter subscriptions are excluded. Existing form emails keep working. Customer name and a phone number or email must be present.

Field labels or placeholders such as Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Suburb, Street Address and Postcode are recognized. All submitted details are also included in lead Notes. A suburb is kept in the address/location field when no street address was collected. Price stays blank and Status starts as Needs contacting.

UTM source fridge_magnet becomes Magnet. Google-tagged visits become Google, Facebook and Instagram tags keep their respective sources, and other enquiries use Website. Campaign and medium remain in Notes and lead metadata.

If delivery temporarily fails, the enquiry stays in a private WordPress queue and is retried through WordPress scheduled tasks. These tasks depend on website traffic unless your hosting already runs a regular WordPress cron task. The settings screen shows pending deliveries and has a Retry waiting enquiries button. Successful deliveries are removed from the queue. Repeated delivery of the same submission does not create another lead.

Replacing a connection key in the dashboard requires updating it in WordPress. Keys are never placed in page HTML, JavaScript, tracking URLs or this ZIP.

If your site uses a page cache, clear it after activation or updates so both enquiry pages include the tracking script. Existing form spam protection remains in place.
